Case File: DEA Agent Chad Scott – Found Guilty & Working on Appeal

UPDATE: After a seven-day trial, Chad A. Scott, 53, of Covington, Louisiana, was found guilty of conspiracy and conversion of property by U.S. District Judge Jane Triche Milazzo of the Eastern District of Louisiana

Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Special Agent Chad Scott of Louisiana has served the DEA and local law enforcement by heading a Louisiana Drug Enforcement Task Force since the mid-1990s as a loyal and honest agent. Due to unfortunate circumstances Agent Scott has been the subject of an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Based upon accusations from allegedly corrupt officers in Agent Scott’s DEA task force who are looking to position themselves for a better plea deal, Agent Scott has been unscrupulously relieved of his job and all clearances by the Department of Justice (DOJ) in an effort to force him to take a plea for a crime that Agent Scott resoundingly denies guilt. Scott wants a jury of his peers to decide whether or not he is innocent. This decision has forced Agent Scott into paying significant legal expenses. Scott’s trial is set for October 2018.

The National Center for Police Defense , Inc. has unanimously voted to take on Agent Chad Scott’s case and help him meet his legal and financial needs. Please stand by Agent Scott in his darkest hour as he he has stood watch to protect America for so many years. Agent Scott is a man of Honor, so let us honor him by helping him fight the Obama leftovers in the DOJ and help him win his case in October 2018.
